Hello, I've lived on Bellyache Ridge since June 2015 with Ray Selvy who is now the Board President of the Bellyache Metro District as well as our Golden Retriever Mabel and our Kitty Ouiji (who we found abandoned up here in Nov 2019). We have 2 beautiful granddaughters, ages 7 and 9 who live nearby and keep us entertained.
I served on the HOA Board for my condo in Telluride for about 10 years and I also served on several ad-hoc committees for the HOA Board in Castle Pines while I lived there for 15 years.
Although my down hill skiing days are few and far between these days after several joint replacements and broken wrists, I do get out on the slopes several times per season and still love a bluebird day!. I also enjoy snow shoeing with Mabel (mostly on our property and in the Bellyache open space), cross country skiing, yoga, cooking, reading and hiking.
I wanted to join the Board because I have time and I understand that a lot of people are busy with work and families. One of my pressing concerns is forrest management and reducing our exposure to forrest fires. I look forward to working with the Board to maintain this wonderful environment we live in.

My husband Kevin and I bought our home on Bellyache Ridge in November of 1989. Five years later, after having our two kids, Kelli and Kyle, we moved to Grand Junction to be closer to Kevin’s family. When our kids were grown we decided to come home to Bellyache. We have been back

My husband Kevin and I bought our home on Bellyache Ridge in November of 1989. Five years later, after having our two kids, Kelli and Kyle, we moved to Grand Junction to be closer to Kevin’s family. When our kids were grown we decided to come home to Bellyache. We have been back 5 years and are enjoying every minute of it.
I have no experience being on a homeowners board but Laura and Mary are great teachers and I’m slowly learning about this neighborhood we love. I look forward to getting to know more of our neighbors and help to keep this a great community.
